How gender-balanced is the creative industry?

Based on the current exhibition IN*VISIBLE, we would like to initiate a discussion about the state of equality in the creative industry. What about working conditions, the pay gap, patriarchal structures and sexism. Even in a scene that is progressive in many respects, there is a need for discussion.
