Easterfestival

How can we as a society better prepare for future challenges in public health? What role does research play in this - and what has already been learned from the scientific experience of recent years? Gisa Gerold and Florian Krammer will talk about this in a panel discussion that links current findings from virus research with the social issues of tomorrow. The focus will be on looking ahead: what developments are there, what is already working well and how can knowledge be put into practice even more effectively? Regional aspects will also be highlighted - Gisa Gerold will focus in particular on the situation in Tyrol.
Moderator: Prof. Dr. W. Wolfgang Fleischhacker, Rector of the Medical University of Innsbruck
