DIN A4 Architektur created a showcase project for ecological and sustainable construction for the Tyrolean insurance company with the new timber-hybrid building. Located on an important urban corner in the middle of Innsbruck, the building echoes the neighboring eaves on the street side, while two offset structures on the courtyard side complete the overall figure. The central design element is the greenery, which extends from the rear garden in the courtyard and vertical façade planting to the terraces and roof areas.
