Poetry of nature

Summer exhibition at Galerie Nothburga with five artists from South Korea under the direction of director LEE SEUNGMI Artists: inside: HYE-KYUNG AHN, JEONG SO-YOUNG, KIM EUN-SOOK, PARK TAE-JUN, WOO YONG-MIN The exhibition "Poetry of Nature" focusses on the balance between nature and human emotion and provides insight into the typical characteristics of Korean art. The artists stand in the field of tension between traditional Sumuk painting and individual artistic expression and regard nature as their great teacher. Their exhibited works enter into an exciting dialogue between sensitive observation of nature and expressive depiction. JEONG SO-YOUNG, PARK TAE-JUN and WOO YONG-MIN will draw directly on site and also exhibit works created in Innsbruck and the surrounding area.
