Time to celebrate: carnival tour

Even in the time of Archduke Ferdinand II, there was a colourful carnival atmosphere. Before Lent began, there was a lot of partying - we find out how on a tour of the Ambras Chamber of Art and Curiosities. Among other things, we discover the stories behind the XXL playing cards with monkey motifs as well as the joke vessels and the Ambras jester plate.
