Dance solo "What if..."

In the solo "What if ...", Clarissa Omiecienski and Emmanuelle Vinh explore the potential of the female body beyond patriarchal contexts. Against the backdrop of femicides in Austria, the question of male power is still highly pertinent. Where do we stand after so many years of the women's movement?
"What if ..." draws on texts such as Solnit's Men Explain Things to Me and Beauvoir's Le Deuxième Sexe and tells of the personal stories and intimate experiences of the dancer and choreographer. It is a reflection on oppression and a plea for emancipation.
