Poetry Slam meets Orchestra

Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy's Symphony No. 4 sounds like pure joie de vivre. Inspired by his trip to Italy, Mendelssohn packed his Adrücke into a musical diary. There is room for no less than an entire country: cheerful gaiety, Italian temperament, melancholy longing, the joy of folk music dance: pure joie de vivre!

Drei celebrated greats from the local poetry slam scene have accepted our invitation, have let themselves be infected by this joie de vivre and will perform their texts written especially to this music. As with every poetry slam, they will compete for the audience's favor and points at the end. This time, the freshly composed jingles by composer Ralph Mothwurf will provide a dignified setting for this linguistic firework and ensure a brilliant performance by the concentrated female power. Victory fanfare included!
