End the day with Qigong

Are you looking for a way to effectively leave the stress of everyday life behind you and do something good for your body and mind at the same time? Then we have just the thing for you: - Come to our weekly Qigong evening on Mondays at 6.30 pm!

- Also throughout the summer.

- When the weather is fine, we also go outside.

- You are very welcome

- whether you already have experience with Qigong or would like to try it out for the first time.

- Doris & Ivo Siebenförcher will demonstrate the exercises and guide you through these 90 minutes

- Simply register and take part for free for the first time

- Afterwards € 15,- per evening or € 130,- for a block of 10 classes
