27.11.2024 THREE for All
With this edition of Jazz & Apero, the students of the Innsbruck jazz department dedicate themselves to the trio line-up. Trio is always special, always transparent, always a challenge. Màtyàs Bartha and Stephan Costa are responsible for the programming as hosts, which puts the piano in the spotlight. For the piano, alongside the solo, the trio is a supreme discipline. But other instrumentations are also possible in the trio. We look forward to a chamber music jazz meeting in an intimate setting.

29.1.2025 KIND OF BLUE - A NEW SHAPE
hosted by Matthieu Bordenave
The ensemble has set itself the goal of working with recordings that have shaped the history of jazz.
In the first semester, we will develop a new interpretation of the legendary album Kind of Blue by Miles Davis.
The focus will be on the different textures and possibilities that our extended line-up offers us.
