In the auditorium of a theater: a moderately interesting chamber play is being performed. Just as the question dawns on us as to whether Quentin Dupieux no longer delivers what his name once promised, Yannick (ingenious: Raphael Quenard) is pulled up from his seat and his wild anger at the lousy play and ensemble breaks out. What follows is a racy and absurd eulogy about the sense and nonsense of (petty) bourgeois cultural enjoyment or the consideration of whether gun violence could create a better atmosphere in the theater.
